Olimpia Rules

1. Cheating

a) Exploiting obvious errors of the game ("bugs"), for instance to duplicate items. If you find an error you must report it to Olimpia staff immediately.
c) Using tools to automatically perform or repeat certain actions (cavebot,aimbot) - Macro is allowed only for training purposes - mana/trainers
d) Manipulating the client program or using additional software to play the game.
e) Trying to steal other players' account data ("hacking").
f) Playing on more than 1 accounts at the same time ("multi-clienting").
g) Afk hunting is not allowed.

2. Statements

a) Accounts with characters and items are the property of the Olimpia.
b) The administration is always right.
c) Decisions made by administrations are not subject to discussion.
d) You are not allowed to share your account data (number and password) with anyone. It may cause a loss of items for which we won't be responsible.

3. Gamemasters

a) Threatening a gamemaster because of his or her actions or position as a gamemaster.
b) Pretending to be a gamemaster or to have influence on the decisions of a gamemaster.
c) Intentionally giving wrong or misleading information to a gamemaster concerning his or her investigations or making false reports about rule violations.

4. Illegal Trading

a) You are not allowed to trade in-game items, accounts, money or services for goods, accounts, services or money outside of our server.
b) You are allowed to trade your character for other characters, items or Olimpia Coins in-game.
c) You are allowed to trade items for Olimpia Coins.
d) You cant trade your account, character, items or Olimpia Coins for anything outside of the server. This includes other servers, real tibia, real money and other non-tibia games.
e) If your trade cant be completed inside of Olimpia then its an illegal trade.

5. Names

a) Offensive names.
b) Invalid name format.
c) Names that contain illegal advertising.
d) Inappropriate names.
e) Names supporting breaking the regulations.

5a. Destructive behaviour.

a) Advertising brands, products or services of third parties or content which is not related to the game.
b) Convincing other players to leave from the server.
c) Excessively spamming with the same message or nonsensical text.
d) Excessively insulting other players or being toxic in general.
e) Harassing or ruining the game experience of other players by excessively killing them without any reason.
f) Any racist insults against another players.
g) Any actions that have nothing to do with server activity, but are threatening it (thrashing DP, blocking tunnels/passages/doors etc).

6. Donation

a) The player sends donations of his own free will.
b) I declare that sending the transfer is a form of subsidy.
c) it means that the money raised from the donation is spent on maintaining and developing the Olimpia.
d) In this case, we will not refund anything.

7. The crew of Olimpia is not responsible for:

a) Characters hacked by other players, keylogger, etc.
b) Losses caused by server errors and network technical problems.

The staff of this server reserve the right to ban for any reason not listed here and have the final decision on all banishments.
If our staff feel youre hurting our server, community or website overall, we reserve the right to remove you from our server.

A violation of the Olimpia Rules may lead to temporary banishment of characters and accounts.

In severe cases removal or modification of character skills, attributes and belongings, as well as the permanent removal of accounts without any compensation may be considered.
The sanction is based on the seriousness of the rule violation and the previous record of the player.
It is determined by the gamemaster imposing the banishment.

These rules may be changed at any time. All changes will be announced on the official website/discord.
